Whether consciously or not, successful programs utilize a 4-step Plan, Do, Check, Act approach.  The supporting processes within these programs are developed, implemented, monitored and improved when performance falls below expectations.  Terminology differences aside, the method is identical.  “PDCA Auditing” blends ISO 9001:2008 elements into the classic PDCA cycle, enabling even novice auditors to produce valuable audit results.  Large and small companies throughout the world have adopted this method, finding it far superior to traditional “compliance audits” of questionable value.  This class is designed to both educate and train auditors at all experience levels.  Learn the benefits and the ins and outs of process auditing by registering for this webinar.
