Quality is key to the companies that use our staffing service—from the products they manufacture to the employees they select. To identify individuals who have the talent, temperament, character and competence desired, QC uses an evidence-based selection process. This technique effectively narrows the field to only those candidates who are appropriately qualified for a position.

We are committed to finding candidates who possess the exact skills you are looking for, but we realize they may need additional training. Our staffing specialists conduct a post-placement analysis. If within 12 months of a direct hire or option-to-hire placement your employee needs additional skills for the position, send them to any of our more than 60 quality-related course, free of charge.

QC offers a variety of placement options:

  • Direct hire placements that are assigned on a contingency basis, so you pay only if you hire someone we’ve recruited specifically for you.
  • Option-to-hire placements in which you hire our employee initially as a temporary employee whereas you have the option of hiring someone, giving you time to confirm the fit is right.
  • Short-term temporary or long-term contract staffing that provides an employment solution for a specified period of time.
