Gathering Artifact Geometry

We gather the 3D geometry of parts ranging in size from sub-micron to several feet using four non-contact laser platforms:
- Micro scanner
- CMM scanner, accuracy level I
- CMM scanner, accuracy level I I
- Portable CMM laser scanner
Our micron scanning services offer the highest levels of accuracy on objects up to 7.5 inches square using a precision confocal sensor with a resolution of 0.01 micron on the Z-axis. Laser technology combined with computer driven X and Y translated stages allow QC to capture points to less than one micron on 3D position.
